Gentu Genie complies with the Australian Privacy Principles and Queensland Health Privacy Principles, ensuring the highest level of data protection.Telehealth Consultations: Telehealth sessions are conducted via secure, encrypted platforms that meet privacy standards for confidential communication. Your sessions will not be recorded unless explicitly agreed upon, and any recordings will be securely stored in compliance with Queensland legislation.Compliance with Queensland Legislation: We comply with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and the Queensland Health Privacy Principles, which govern the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. These laws ensure that your health information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.Access to Information: Only authorised personnel involved in your care will have access to your personal and health information. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
