We provide flexible appointments for our clients outside of regular business hours, to fit in with you. Relaxing in comfort with no travel expenses or time away from home is certainly a positive for many. Telehealth provides reduced waiting times and efficient appointments to support community access to treatment in all areas including Rural and Remote.
Please be aware for adolescent appointments with a Psychiatrist (clients aged 13 years and above) we require a Parent or Guardian to be present during their appointment.

Service fees and Rebates
Private billing system and Rebates.
DVA and work cover accepted.
All fees for consultations are paid on the day prior to your
appointment. Payments accepted using a credit card, VISA
or Master or debit card via online secure payment method.
(Please note surcharge applies)
Your consultation fees will be confirmed with you when your
first appointment is scheduled. Please enquire with your
private health fund regarding eligibility to make a claim.
To be eligible for Medicare rebates you will need to be registered with Medicare and have a referral from your General Practitioner (GP).
Service Fee’s -
Consultant Psychiatrist appointment (Adult) 1 Hour initial appointment - Cost - $670 Medicare rebate - $444.90 Gap fee - $225.10
Consultant Psychiatrist - 30 Minute follow up appointment - Cost - $350 Medicare rebate - $130.85
Psychiatrist - ADHD initial appointment Medicare rebate - $444.90 Gap fee - $219.15 age 13 year and above - Cost - $910 Gap fee - $465.10

NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
Self-managed NDIS participants must pay for their consultation in full on the day of their appointment. An invoice will be provided for you to claim from the NDIS.

CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES
We appreciate that you may need to cancel or reschedule. The timeframe below provides the opportunity for others to attend in your absence.
Please notify us, via email - Enquiries@psychiatrySupport.com.au or phone on 0740196131 , at least 2 business days prior to your appointment for any amendments or cancellations to avoid being charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
